- Alhambra tickets are nominative, so visitors must provide their identification or passport and full name to make the reservation.
- On the day of the visit, you must bring the original document with which you made the reservation, as it will be required at the monument’s entrance.
- For visits with children, their age and passport information must be provided to obtain the correct tickets.
In case of cancellation, the entrance fee plus handling fees (25 euros) per person will not be refundable. - Access the Nasrid Palaces at the time indicated on your ticket. The rest of the monument can be visited at any time during the day.
