GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
In this section of the Platform (.es), we present the conditions you must accept if you wish to contract any of the products or services we offer on our Platform. Our Platform provides you with the opportunity to purchase tickets for various types of events organized by numerous promoters, as well as products associated with events or artists, such as artist merchandise and products related to the activities, such as books and CDs. In this document, unless a particular aspect has specific contracting characteristics, we will refer to all products available on the Platform as “Tickets” or “Products.”

We hope you agree with everything established here and in the rest of the legal documents. If you do not agree, we regret to inform you that you will have to stop browsing our website and will not be able to use our service. 1. Basic Aspects of the Platform
Before purchasing tickets, it is important to carefully read the Purchase Conditions to ensure that the Platform offers what you are looking for and that you agree with the sales conditions we provide.
The Purchase Conditions are available to the buyer before making the purchase and must be expressly accepted to proceed with the purchase.
By checking the option “I have read and accept the Legal Conditions,” you accept the following terms and conditions. Any new feature or tool added to the service will be subject to the Purchase Conditions. However, these new conditions will only apply to Products you have already purchased if they offer more favorable conditions.
Reading and accepting these Purchase Conditions are necessary to use the services of the Platform. These Purchase Conditions regulate the relationship between the buyer of the Products (hereinafter, the “Buyer”), the seller of the Product (the “Organizer”), and EL TEU TIQUET, SL (hereinafter, “the Platform”) as an intermediary. By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have the legal capacity to contract, that you have read and understood these Purchase Conditions, and that you accept them.
2. What Options Does the Platform Offer?
Through our Platform, you can purchase Tickets and Products offered by Organizers registered on the platform. We facilitate access to different Events and associated Products. The Platform is a unified space to access Events and purchase Tickets. If you have questions about the purchase process, contact us at info@tectickets.com, as we are the technological platform that enables it.
It is important to note that we do not organize the Events or set prices or access conditions. If you have questions about a specific Product or Ticket, we recommend contacting the Organizer directly, who can provide you with firsthand information. Nonetheless, we are here to assist you as intermediaries between you and the Organizer.
3. How to Purchase Tickets or Products Through the Platform?
If you wish to purchase Tickets for an Event, you must register for it. You must carefully read the Event’s features and agree before purchasing. Below, we detail the phases of the registration and ticket purchase process:
- Select the type and number of Tickets/Products and click “Purchase.”
- Enter the personal information requested by the Organizer.
- Accept the purchase conditions and click “Complete purchase” to proceed to the payment gateway.
- Complete the payment details.
You can save your ticket in two ways:
I. After payment, a page with a “download tickets” button will appear. By clicking, you will download the ticket to your computer.
II. You will receive the Tickets by email.
This document will serve as your proof of purchase and will include the Organizer’s information and a link to these purchase conditions.

You guarantee that the provided data is accurate and are responsible for updating them. You will be liable for false information provided and data in your dealings with us and other users, especially Organizers.
4. Event Suspension, Substantial Modification, or Cancellation
An event, tour, tickets, or experience is considered suspended, substantially modified, or canceled if the Organizer communicates it or if it is proven conclusively. In this case, the ticket price will be refunded to the Buyer within a maximum period of 10 days from the Organizer’s communication or conclusive evidence.
The refund will be made to the bank account associated with the card used for the purchase. The Buyer should not take any action, as the Platform will handle the refund. If the purchase was made through the Organizer’s payment gateway, they will process the refund. Information about the Organizer is available on the event page and the ticket conditions.

5. Returns Policy
Event attendees have the right to attend the show and participate in the activity. Full or partial refunds are allowed if the event is suspended or substantially modified. The right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure activities.
6. Platform Account Deactivation
You can deactivate your account by sending an email to info@tectickets.com. Before doing so, ensure that you do not have any open purchase processes. By deactivating your account, we will delete your data, and if you return to the Platform, your profile will start from scratch.

When making a purchase, you can subscribe to the Newsletter to receive communications and promotions.
