During the summer schedule (from April 1st to October 14th): 12:00 pm or 5:00 pm.

During the winter schedule (from October 15th to March 31st): 12:00 pm or 3:00 pm.

The final schedule will be confirmed based on ticket availability at the time of confirmation.

It is necessary to be at the meeting point 15 minutes before the specified time. The meeting point may be changed for organizational reasons. It is important to note that the meeting point may change.

 

Additional Information:

• Any delay implies the loss of the tour and the right to a refund.
• Alhambra tickets are nominative, so visitors must provide their identification or passport and full name to make the reservation.
• On the day of the visit, it is necessary to bring the original document used for the reservation, as it will be required at the monument’s entrance.
• For visits including children, their age and passport must be provided to obtain the corresponding tickets.
• If cancellation occurs up to 48 hours before the tour, the customer will be entitled to a partial refund. The amount of the tickets (25€) plus handling fees are non-refundable.
