Refunds for Tours/Experiences/Tickets: Full refunds will be issued if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the start of the tour, experience, or event.
Event/Tour Cancellation: In the event of an event or tour cancellation, an automatic refund will be issued to the buyers.
Modifications: Changes to the date, time, or attendees are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
No Show and Late Arrivals: No refunds will be provided for no-shows or late arrivals. It will be considered a “no-show.” For any inquiries, please send an email to email@example.com.
Weather Conditions: In cases of cancellation due to adverse weather conditions (applicable to outdoor tours and experiences), specific policies will be provided.
